Community

We are a family in our BMES community. We host socials including attending sporting events, going out for food, playing games, watching movies, and more. With the addition of our BMES houses, we hope to create healthy competition.

Two houses,

one society.

Learn more about our houses!

Networking

Our meetings include presentations from companies within the industry, which give our members an opportunity to network one-on-one with the presenters. From these meetings, our members gain various professional skills and a greater understanding of their career paths

All Meetings are held every Wednesday, 7:30-8:30pm

in ETB 1037.

A Message From Our President

Howdy!

My name is Aashi Sanchorawala and I am this year’s president of the Biomedical Engineering Society Chapter at Texas A&M University! It is my utmost priority that all of the members receive the mentorship and opportunities they need to be best prepared for the career path they hope to pursue. With this goal in mind, BMES has undergone a lot of changes this year to provide our members with more opportunities for professional development. With the hard work our officers have put into our new networking events, socials, and merchandise, I am so excited to see what this year has in store for us! I can’t wait to meet y’all and introduce the new and improved BMES!
